Like every year, the Bordeaux Imaging Center organizes different training in microscopy and image analysis:

  • Widefield microscopy and confocal microscopy – 2 sessions : 05-07 March 2019, 15-17 October 2019
  • Image acquisition, treatment and analysis on MetaMorph – 1 session : 27-29 March 2019
  • Image reconstruction and 3D analysis with Imaris – 2 sessions : 8-10 April 2019 (Toulouse), 13-15 May 2019 (Bordeaux)
  • Super-resolution in photonic microscopy – 1 session : 4-6 June 2019
  • Image treatment and analysis on ImageJ – 3 sessions : 18-20 February 2019, 20-22 May 2019 (in English), 6-8 November 2019
  • Task automation on ImageJ : the macros – 1 session : 23-25 September 2019
